Customers in the UK, Germany and Spain can easily order our welding products online through our webshop, benefiting from fast delivery times and secure payment options. Wherever you are, our commitment remains the same: to provide top-quality welding solutions with excellent service.
Ordering from our webshop is quick and straightforward. We take care of every step to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Here’s how our shipping process works:

Once your shipment is on its way, we’ll email you a track & trace code to follow it in real time.

Accurate delivery address and VAT number (if applicable) ensure smooth delivery.

Bank transfer may take longer to confirm and can slightly delay shipping.
Shipping details
We’ll end you estimated delivery information within 2 working days after receiving payment.
Delivery time
Average dlivery is 2 to 4 working days after payment confirmation.

We follow Delivery at Place (DAP) – responsibility passes to you once the goods reach your delivery location.

Return and Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept changes and returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, exchange it for a different product, or a refund via the original payment method.
The following conditions apply to our return and refund policy:
- The items were purchased in the last 14 days,
- The items are complete, in their original packaging, and without any sign of use,
- All costs of returning the items, such as delivery costs, returning costs, import fees, and document costs, will be charged to the buyer.
- If the order amount is below the shipping-free level due to the return of goods, the shipping fees will be charged and deducted from the refund.
The following exceptions apply to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that are not in their original package or with signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returning items without a completed return form cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email requesting your return or refund with the completed return form as an attachment within 14 days of purchase.
- Hilco will assess your request and either accept or decline your return. In case of acceptance, you will be informed regarding the return costs and should cover these costs beforehand.
- Hilco will send you a shipping label by email. Hilco will not accept any products handled by any other shipping company.
- Send items back to Hilco using the label provided.
- Hilco will check the returned items and packages. If the items are used and/or damaged, and/or if the package is damaged, these costs will be deducted from the refund.
- After receiving the product, Hilco will transfer the agreed refund or issue a store credit, or replace the product within 14 days.
Disclaimer
Our welding consumable packages protect them against moisture and open air during shipment. Welding consumables that have absorbed too much moisture may suffer weld cracking or porosity, therefore we cannot accept any opened welding consumables packages. All other products can be returned no matter whether you have opened the package or not. We trust that you will open the package carefully and immediately assess whether you want to keep the product
